The Motorhomes of Texas Founders

David and Emily Robertson made Nacogdoches, Texas their home in 1993. Emily graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2000 with a degree in Elementary Education. Emily is the proud mother of Keith, Blake and Madelyn, to whom she dedicates most of her time. Emily is a creative writer and Manager in the Motorhomes of Texas Family.

David graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1993 with a degree in Business Marketing. As a child, David enjoyed camping with his family. They would spend countless hours creating the memories and experiences that have shaped David into the man he is today. While landscaping in 1993, David discovered his love for motorhomes when a gentleman allowed him the privilege of seeing his first Foretravel from the inside. A seed had been planted that would later bloom into a dealership of the highest caliber, Motorhomes of Texas. He envisioned a new way to sell a house on wheels that not only promoted freedom but family. Pursuing his passion, in 1994, David was employed by Foretravel Inc., where he was awarded “#1 Nationwide Salesperson” 8 of the 10 years he worked with Foretravel. It was David’s values and genuine care for his customer’s needs that led to his success at Foretravel.

These principles are still practiced by David and Emily today and have been passed on to the entire Motorhomes of Texas family, driving the Texas hospitality of a Motorhomes of Texas experience.
